  • Custom Projects: All custom projects will be discussed and agreed upon with the client before the commencement of work. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented and may incur additional charges.

3. Quotations and Proposals

  • Validity: Quotations and proposals provided by International Order Engineering Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Acceptance: Clients must accept the quotation and proposal in writing before any work commences. Any verbal agreements will not be considered binding.

4. Contracts and Agreements

  • Contract Formation: A contract is formed once the client has signed the proposal or quotation and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  • Amendments: Any amendments to the contract must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

5. Payments

  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the contract. Typically, payments are made in stages: an initial deposit, progress payments, and a final payment upon completion.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the contract. International Order Engineering Company reserves the right to suspend work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

6. Project Timeline

  • Schedule: The project timeline will be detailed in the contract. International Order Engineering Company will make every effort to adhere to the schedule but is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely access to the site and necessary resources to avoid delays.

7. Quality and Warranty

  • Quality Assurance: International Order Engineering Company ensures all work is performed to the highest standards using quality materials and skilled labor.
  • Warranty: We offer a warranty on our workmanship for a specified period as detailed in the contract. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: International Order Engineering Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless International Order Engineering Company, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the project.

9. Health and Safety

  • Compliance: We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations. Our team is trained to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure that the site is safe and accessible for our team to perform their work.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Any designs, drawings, or other intellectual property created by International Order Engineering Company remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Use: Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property for the specified project only.

11. Confidentiality

  • Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information obtained during the course of the project.
  • Disclosure: Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

12. Termination

  • Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the contract with written notice. Termination fees may apply as outlined in the contract.
  • Termination by Company: International Order Engineering Company reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client breaches any terms or fails to make payments. Notice will be provided in writing.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation.
  • Arbitration: If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which International Order Engineering Company operates. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Amendments to Terms

International Order Engineering Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
